All orders are final - no cancellations, returns or refunds.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if your purchased tuber:

Does not have a visible eye or sprout,

Has a broken neck,

Is not labeled as the variety you ordered,
Photos or videos of the tuber(s) in question will help us quickly resolve the issue.
While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, if your dahlia blooms and you find it's the wrong variety, please contact us before September 1, 2025. Please include photos or videos of the variety you received and we'll arrange for replacement.
We are not responsible for:

Packages lost or damaged by USPS. (Please file a claim with USPS.)

Loss of stock due to the customer's storage conditions, waking up conditions (i.e. rot) and/or growing conditions (including weather, pest, or animal damage) nor for plant performance in the following year(s).
